Perspectivas y estrategias para optimizar la comunicación gubernamental
Se desarrolló en la Universidad Austral la segunda edición del Seminario de Comunicación y Gobernabilidad. En esta oportunidad expusieron los principales referentes de la disciplina ante un auditorio integrado por profesionales de todo el país y el exterior
El fin de semana del 23 y 24 de septiembre, la Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires fue sede del Seminario / Taller de inmersión en Comunicación Gubernamental “Comunicación y Gobernabilidad”. En dos jornadas muy intensas, se brindaron 20 exposiciones que estuvieron a cargo de los principales referentes de la comunicación gubernamental de nuestro país.
Entre los tópicos expuestos en el seminario, se plantearon diagnósticos muy reveladores sobre las características actuales de la comunicación desde los gobiernos, sus modos y perspectivas. Hubo espacio para analizar las conductas ciudadanas y su reacción ante la política en general y la gestión pública en particular y se brindaron herramientas para eficientizar la acción comunicativa de los organismos gubernamentales y de sus voceros.
Además, hubo espacio para el abordaje de las políticas públicas y la vinculación de las acciones de gobierno con la ciudadanía a través de los medios de comunicación tradicionales y los nuevos soportes y formatos, analizando el rol del periodismo, las redes sociales y el acceso a la información por parte de los ciudadanos, entre otros temas.
También se expusieron estudios de coyuntura, destinados a analizar la política de comunicación que lleva adelante el actual gobierno nacional en perspectiva comparada con la administración anterior.
Todas las exposiciones recibieron una alta valoración por parte del nutrido auditorio compuesto por funcionarios públicos, directores de comunicación, profesionales relacionados con la gestión pública y la investigación social, estudiantes de ciencias políticas y de ciencias de la comunicación y equipos de comunicación de gobiernos de distintos puntos del país y la región.
Este es el segundo seminario del tipo que se realiza en el año (el primero fue en Córdoba el pasado 13 y 14 de mayo) y se prevé replicar esta experiencia en otros puntos del país durante el 2017.
